Health and Safety policy

MSS Limited (MSS Global) is committed so far as is reasonably practicable to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all employees and subcontractors, and any other persons who may be directly affected by the activities of the Company. 


MSS Global Limited will, so far as is reasonably practicable, by setting these as objectives: 


  1. Establish and maintain a safe working environment. 

  2. Develop and implement appropriate occupational health and safe procedures, and safe working practices. 

  3. Aim to achieve compliance with legal requirements through good occupational health and safety performance. 

  4. Maintain workplaces under our control in a condition that is safe and without risk to health. 

  5. Ensure that significant risks arising from work activities under our control are eliminated or adequately controlled. 

  6. Include the management of health and safety as a specific responsibility of managers at all levels. 

  7. Ensure this policy is understood and implemented throughout the organisation. 

  8. Ensure that employees and subcontractors receive appropriate training, and are competent to carry out their designated responsibilities. 

  9. Provide sufficient information, instruction and supervision to enable all employees and subcontractors to avoid hazards and contribute to their own health and safety at work, and for the safety of other people who may be affected by their acts or omissions.   

  10. Involve employees and subcontractors in health and safety decisions through consultation and co-operation. 

  11. Appoint competent people to assist the company in meeting our statutory duties including where appropriate, specialists from outside the company. 


This policy will be regularly monitored to ensure that the objectives are achieved. It will be reviewed regularly to ensure compliance with the policy and the management system that support it, and if necessary, revised in the light of incidents, legislative or organisational changes.
