Based in Nigeria, West Africa, Jonah provides a dynamic, regionally accessible lead for our growing African based clients.  With experience in both the PSC industry in Africa, and more broadly, coupled with compliance and auditing experience, he provides a key asset for our clients.

With a young family, Jonah has little spare time to spend outside of work other than helping them.

Chris has over 20 years’ experience leading operations and security management in high-risk, complex environments across the Middle East, Africa and the UK. At MSS Global, he specialises in ISO 9001, ISO 18788, and PSC.1 auditing, helping clients achieve and maintain compliance to the highest international standards.

Recognised for his ability to build strong client relationships and lead high-performing teams, Chris delivers strong assurance support that enhances security, operational performance, and risk management.

Michael is a CQI & IRCA-certified Lead Auditor and Royal Marines veteran, specialising in maritime security compliance, risk management, and emergency response across MENA, West Africa, and APAC. He helps organisations assure they meet international standards and have robust operational resilience in high-risk maritime environments.

Stephen is a highly experienced security, health, and safety professional with over 30 years’ operational leadership in complex, high-risk environments worldwide. An NCRQ-qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 45001, 18788 and PSC.1, he brings expertise in security management, occupational compliance, and risk assessment, helping organizations achieve and maintain the highest international standards.

A highly experienced security industry Lead Auditor.  With knowledge and experience of both benign environments, and complex and fragile economy countries, he brings a calm, sound sense of judgement and honesty that is welcomed by clients through his insightful value add.

When not auditing or consulting, you may be able to track Ian down to his second home in Cyprus.

Based in Greece as a Lead Auditor, has a broad range of experience which includes running a company involved in defense and law enforcement procurement, and is fluent in a number of languages, including Greek, English and French.  His sector commercial experience, coupled with a Masters in Operational Research, ensures he adds real value for the client .

When not leading our Greek based team, you will find him in the countryside trekking, or underwater scuba diving.

Kevin specialises in security operations assurance, and has extensive experience in hostile environment training, supporting clients in high-risk regions - and providing assurance of those operations and services. With an MSc in Security Management and expertise in intelligence analysis, he delivers robust, effective assurance for organizations operating in challenging environments.

Based out of Guatemala as a Lead Auditor, is highly experienced in both the international private security arena, and CENTAM, LATAM and Caribbean regions, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and their regional nuances.

When not working, you will find Sal developing his ecolodge business in Guatemala to meet the growing eco-tourism demand in the region.

Richard is a disciplined QHSE and ISO consultant with 30 years’ international experience spanning military service and business risk management. Specialising in ISO 9001, 45001, and 18788 certifications, he delivers expert auditing and compliance consultancy across MENA, Europe, and the UK. Richard combines strategic vision with hands-on field expertise to help organisations achieve and maintain the highest standards in safety management and operational excellence - even in remote, high-risk environments.

Ian brings over 20 years’ experience in risk management and security operations, leading assurance and compliance projects for clients in high-risk environments across EMEA. An MBA-qualified Chartered Quality Professional and CPP®, he helps organisations meet international ISO standards while enhancing resilience and operational performance.

Brings a central and middle eastern expertise to the team as a Lead Auditor.  With experience in the head office of a major security company, allied to working all his professional life in the corporate arena, he understands how businesses 'work'.  This is further supported through his mastery of a number of languages, including English, Urdu and Arabic.

A real family man, in his spare time you'll find Atif investing much in supporting his local cricket club, or running around delivering his kids to school and clubs.

Provides legal and regulatory assurance to support our international client base.  Having previously acted as SVP and General Counsel for a number of international corporations and private security companies, she has a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory complexities of operating in challenging and fragile environments.

Based in the US, Juliet's limited spare time is spent being a mother to two very energetic children.
